Everett waits to be a big brother

I first met Samantha and Dave when they were in a wedding that I photographed last summer. I was pleased when Sam contacted me a while ago and announced they were waiting for the arrival of their second child. We met them on their farm in Brechin ON on a beautiful evening in June, for their family / maternity session. 

From there home, we travelled to a quaint little spot with a beautiful lane. This turned out to be the original home of Dave's family. I LOVE when things tie in together like this!!!

Then, I spotted an old home for sale next door with worn brick and long grasses and I knew we had to venture over there. The mosquitos nearly carried us away, but I think it was well worth it to capture images with this background!

Corey & Caitlyn engaged!!

Caitlyn was our daughters roommate a couple of years ago at College. We also attended the same church when she lived in Barrie. 

We were just thrilled to hear that she and Corey were engaged to be married this February!

Corey is a youth Pastor in London ON,  and Caitlyn works at Compassion Canada.

We had a fun time shooting this E Session downtown Barrie, and looking for great ( and clean!) backdrops in the alleyways there!
