Sometimes, you meet a couple and you're inspired right away. This couple inspires me.
Ryan and Andrea are the epitome of health, both being personal trainers (that's how they met).
From the moment I began to photograph their wedding, I found beauty everywhere. From Andrea's grandparents home, to the dress she modelled so perfectly, to the necklace that she wore in which her grandfather had years earlier gifted her grandmother with. Special touches.
Then, the ceremony. Andrea's father officiated it and it was beautiful. Enter more inspiration. It was such a testimony of how their lives are lived out. Loving their Lord first, and serving one another brings joy. Pure joy.
Their wedding party was a collection of friends and family who genuinely love this couple. What a wonderful bunch to photograph!
Ryan and Andrea were up for anything and being blessed with a break in the day after day rain that May brought this year, we headed to the Collingwood grain elevators. This is where I saw first hand just how flexible Ryan was!! They had captured Ryan doing the splits in the air during their engagement session and wanted to recreate it for their wedding. You'll see … simply amazing!!
Once it was time for dinner and the party to begin, I actually felt like a guest, even welling up during speeches. Enter inspiration again!
Ryan and Andrea, it's beautiful the way you both love each other and I am quite certain that you will have a long and happy life together. I am blessed to have shared these moments with you!
